I really hope that you'll be thrilled with your products that you wouldn't even consider needing to return them. However, I totally appreciate that things change or you've made the wrong decision - we're only humans after all!

If you'd like to return your products, please make sure the product is returned in a resalable condition, without damage, within 14 days of delivery. If you'd like to return something, please send an email to hello@edinburghletters.com, be sure to include your order number, and I'll be in touch.
